SENDSora
Independently built from concept to launch
SORA’s enterprise clients needed a scalable way to distribute digital gift cards, but the company did not yet have a product to support it. Starting from a high-level client need, I independently defined and built SENDSora from the ground up as a secure, client-ready platform.
Sora Rewards — Company Website
Independently built from concept to launch
After SORA changed its company name and brand, its previous website was becoming obsolete. I took ownership and independently built a new commercial website from scratch using AI-assisted development. It became a working acquisition channel and generated an inbound lead that grew into one of SORA’s most important clients in Korea.
Kakiyomi Lashes
Personal product, built end to end
A lash artist described how difficult it was to remember each client’s previous lash style and search through thousands of paper consultation records. I turned that need into a complete client-management platform for independent lash professionals — including digital consultations, appointment history, lash mapping, photos and customizable service catalogs.

Gift Card Gatekeeper
Defined and led
Resellers applying to sell Japanese gift card brands were rejected repeatedly because each supplier has its own listing rules and every submission was reviewed manually. I defined and prototyped a workflow where applicants pick from 50+ brands, upload their evidence, and an AI layer pre-checks everything against that brand’s Japan-side rules before final approval.
SorAI — Internal AI Content Tools
Personal product, built end to end
Product content for the Japanese, Korean and Chinese catalogue was written and translated by hand, which capped how fast we could list. I built a suite of internal AI tools that generate research-backed product descriptions with JP/KR/CN translation, turn Korean product images into structured descriptions, and produce colour-variant imagery.
Bitrefill — Multi-Choice Gift Card Platform
Defined and led
Buyers wanting to gift choice rather than a fixed brand had no clean path to do it. I’m prototyping a multi-choice gift card experience for Bitrefill, testing how selection, redemption and brand coverage should work before committing engineering effort. Currently in active development.
Brasil Nippon
Personal product, built end to end
Brazilian sellers in Japan are scattered across social groups with no shared storefront. I built a marketplace that connects those sellers and products to the local community in one place.
