My work includes identifying product opportunities, defining workflows, improving client-facing platforms and independently building new products and AI-powered solutions from concept through launch.

Independently built SENDSora from a high-level client need into a complete B2B digital rewards platform
Took ownership of SORA’s post-rebrand website and built the new commercial platform from scratch
Created a lead-capture and Slack-notification workflow that turned the website into an acquisition channel
